Aunt Flo cups are made from US-FDA approved- medical grade silicone material designed for easy and leak-free insertion. Its shape is an elongated round resembling a cone which makes it easier to insert, fit for beginners. The menstrual cup can be worn in a folded up state, you may check the different folds that you can use here *insert the link to the folds page*. 

Suitable for weak to strong pelvic muscles.

The Small Cup is the perfect choice for beginners and menstruators who have a light to moderate blood flow during their cycle. It can hold up to 20ml or up to the blood equivalent of 3 regular pads. 

The Large Cup is suitable for people who have already given birth (at any age) as well as for those who have a heavier blood flow during their cycle. It can hold up to 25ml or up to the blood equivalent of 4 regular pads.
